ARCADIA (OFF-GRID COMMUNITY)
LOCATION
Arcadia is an All-Season, Off-Grid Community on 40 acres of tranquility surrounded by nature’s paradise. Located near the village of South River, Ontario, only 3 1/2 hours North of Toronto.
UTILITIES
The utilities at Arcadia for permanent members include weekly garbage and recycling removal, composting bins, waste collection and rain collection.
MAINTENANCE
Yearly maintenance includes main road snow removal in the Winter months and general landscaping and upgrades to common areas of the Community during the other Seasons.
