ARCADIA (OFF-GRID COMMUNITY)
LOCATION
Arcadia is an All-Season, Off-Grid Community on 30 acres of tranquility surrounded by nature’s paradise. Located near the village of South River, Ontario, only 3 1/2 hours North of Toronto.
UTILITIES
The utilities at Arcadia for permanent park members include weekly garbage and recycling removal, composting bins, sewer waste collection and potable water and rain collection.
MAINTENANCE
Yearly maintenance includes main road snow removal in the Winter months and general landscaping and upgrades to common areas of the park during the other Seasons.
