Arcadia Pets... Tip 13
Smooshie says... I always like to look my best when I go outside, but dark clothing and scents attract bugs, so I prefer to wear light clothes and no deadorant or perfume to prevent attracting all the creepy crawlies you find in the Summer time.

Arcadia pets... Tip 12
Tip#12: Otis says... I can't possibly know everything about our Community, so when I'm uncertain, I make sure to ask so there is no confusion or misundertanding. If everyone is on the same page, we all benefit and we become a close-knit Community.

Arcadia Pets... Tip 11
Tip#11: Mya says... Please slow down to 15 KM/H when driving inside our Community. Our Members walk on the roads and walk their pets and no one needs to get squished. Much appreciated!

Arcadia Pets... Tip 10
Grizzly says... Please buy and use a burn barrel to burn your cardboard, reuse glass jars and plastic containers, and seperate your recyclables. Help leave a small footprint on the environment by doing your part!

Rupert says...
Please remember to keep all food inside and not to leave garbage outside as to not attract wild animals such as bears and racoons. If everyone does their part, no of us will get eaten!

Arcadia Pets... Tip 8
Felix says... I don't always pay attention to what I'm chewing on... but when I do, I make sure to not put garbage in my mouth, so please help me, by tossing your cigarette butts and other garbage in designated bins, so I don't swallow it or there's no fire hazard on our property especially in the upcoming hot months. Keep tidy my Friends!

Arcadia Pets.. Tip 7...
Bob says... Time to get your Skeeter Vacs out! The bugs are coming fast and everyone is urged to have them set up before April 15 for best chance to kill the 1st ones before they get us!

Arcadia Pets... Tip 6...
Kobi says... Soon you will stop using your wood stoves for heating so please consider getting your chimney cleaned after in preparation for Fall. Your safety is our top priority!

Arcadia Pets... Tip 5...
Lola says... Please remember to pick up your mail in a timely manner, so there is room in your mailbox for new mail and your amazon packages don't get damaged or blow away. Enjoy your weekend!

Arcadia Pets... Tip 4...
Zora says... As temperatures rise, please be extra careful as everything melts and heavy snow falls off your roof creating slippery conditions over the next few weeks. Spring, here we come!

Arcadia Pets... Tip 3...
Piper says... Run your generator for a few hours so your batteries do not fall below 65% and remember your yearly maintenance to keep them tip top.
