Size: 1/4 acre (approx 80′ frontage x 135′ depth)
Driveway/Foundation: Approx 60′ long ideal for Tiny Home on Wheels 30-40′ in length

Services Include: Garbage/recycling/sewer removal, property maintenance/property taxes and snow removal in common area)

Membership Fees: $4,068 due yearly due upon Occupancy ($300+ per month + HST and property tax)
Lot Fee: One-time $5,000 (Refundable upon vacancy)

Deposit with Lease Agreement: $ 4,534 and Balance of $ 4,534 due 2 weeks prior to Occupancy
