Location: All year round off-grid Community (1/2 hour West of South River, ON)

Size: 1/6 acre (100′ frontage x 70′)
Driveway/Foundation: Approx 60′ long ideal for Tiny Home on Wheels 20-25′ in length

Services Include: Garbage/recycling/sewer removal, property maintenance/property taxes and snow removal in common area, propane delivery)

Membership Fees: $350+ per month + $ 250 property tax ($ 4,450 due upon Occupancy)
Lot Fee: One-time $6,000 (Refundable upon vacancy)

Deposit with Lease Agreement: $ 5,225 and Balance of $ 5,225 due 2 weeks prior to Occupancy
