Size: 1/6 acre (100′ frontage x 70′)
Driveway/Foundation: Approx 50′ long ideal for Tiny Home on Wheels 20-25′ in length

Services Include: Garbage/recycling/sewage removal, property maintenance/property taxes and snow removal in common area)

Membership Fees: $4,068 due yearly due upon Occupancy ($300+ per month + HST)

Lot Fee: One-time $3,000 (Refundable upon vacancy)

Deposit with Lease Agreement: $ 3,534 and Balance of $ 3,534 due 2 weeks prior to Occupancy
